Payroll and statutory filings for Luxembourg

Luxembourg payroll, right to the cent.

Upload contracts and tax cards. LuxPay computes every payslip at the rates in force, prepares the CCSS and ACD declarations and the accounting entry, and a QCS Luxembourg accountant reviews each month before it is approved.

Why now

The rules move every year.

In 2026 alone the employee pension contribution rose by half a point and wages were indexed in June. Each change reaches every payslip, every declaration and every year-end certificate. LuxPay keeps each rate with its official source and the date it takes effect, so a month is always computed with the rules of that month.

8.50%
employee pension contribution since 1 January 2026, up from 8.00%
992.24
wage index applied from 1 June 2026, a 2.5% indexation
€2,771.33
monthly minimum social wage from 1 June 2026

How it works

From an employment contract to a filed month

  1. 1

Add the company and its people

Upload contracts, tax cards and, when you switch provider, the last payslips. The AI reads them, scans included; you check the highlighted fields and confirm.

  2. 2

    Enter the month

Hours, leave, sickness, bonuses, benefits in kind. A new tax card is tied to its own date, so earlier months stay as they were.

  3. 3

    Calculate

Every payslip at the rates of the month: contributions, withholding tax, CIS, CI-CO2 and CI-SSM credits and the indexation, to the cent.

  4. 4

    Review and approve

A QCS accountant checks the month, the client approves it, and every change is kept in the audit trail.

  5. 5

    File and hand out

DECSAL for the CCSS, Model 950 and the yearly ECSP for the ACD, the accounting entry and the salary summary. Employees find their payslips in their own space.

Features

Everything a Luxembourg payroll month needs

Calculated to the cent

Before a client goes live, LuxPay is reconciled line by line against the payslips of the previous provider, and every difference is explained.

Tax cards as they really are

Class, fixed rate and deductions follow the date on the card: a marriage in May changes May, not January.

Switching provider without starting over

Year-to-date figures and leave balances are read from the last payslips and carried over, so credits and leave continue where they were.

Declarations ready to file

DECSAL, Model 950, ECSP and the entry and exit declarations, generated from the approved months and checked against the official formats.

Reports and certificates

The salary summary and the accounting entry for each month, and the yearly certificate of remuneration for every employee, in PDF.

No deadline missed

The dashboard lists every declaration due, per company, and shows what is late.

Leave in hours and days

Entitlement from the contract, balances carried over and leave taken, for every employee.

Net to gross and back

The calculator answers "which gross gives 3,000 net?" with the class, the fixed rate and the deductions of a real tax card.

An expert one click away

Ask a question from any screen; a QCS accountant answers in the same window.

Payroll data stays in the EU

  • Hosted in Germany, data encrypted at rest and in the backups
  • Documents read by an EU-based AI provider, never used for training
  • Data processing agreement (GDPR article 28) accepted before the first upload
  • Every action recorded in an audit trail the client can consult
  • Payslips are not sent as attachments: employees download them from their own space

Made for

  • Employers in Luxembourg, from the first employee
  • Fiduciaries and accountants running payroll for clients
  • Holding companies with directors on the payroll
  • Companies switching from another payroll provider
